Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By using our website and purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.



1. General Stance on Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, our services are delivered instantly and are irrevocable once accessed. As a result, we have a strict no refund policy.

  • All sales are final. Once you have purchased and gained access to your digital visiting card or subscription, you have received the full value of the service, and we cannot "take back" or "return" the product.
  • We do not offer refunds or credits for dissatisfaction with the final design, if you change your mind, or if you fail to use your digital visiting card.

We encourage you to explore the features and samples available on our website before making a purchase to ensure our product meets your needs.


2. Cancellation Policy

The cancellation process depends on the type of purchase you made.

A. One-Time Purchases:

  • If you purchased a one-time plan or a lifetime access product, the sale is final upon successful payment. There is no recurring charge, and therefore, no cancellation is necessary.

B. Subscription Services (e.g., Monthly or Annual Plans):

  • You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time.
  • How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription directly from your account dashboard under the "Subscription" or "Billing" section. If you encounter any issues, you can also request cancellation by contacting our support team.
  • Effect of Cancellation: When you cancel a subscription, you will retain full access to your premium features until the end of your current, pre-paid billing period. After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded to a free or limited-access plan (if available), and you will not be charged again.
  • No Pro-Rata Refunds: We do not offer partial or pro-rata refunds for subscriptions cancelled mid-cycle. For example, if you cancel a monthly subscription 10 days into the month, you will retain access for the remainder of the month, but you will not be refunded for the unused days.

Important: It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. Forgetting to cancel is not grounds for a refund.


3. Exceptions: When a Refund May Be Considered

While our policy is firm, we believe in being fair. We will consider granting a refund under the following specific circumstances:

A. Major Technical Failure:

  • If you are unable to access or use your digital visiting card due to a verifiable, major technical fault originating from our platform, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 72 hours). You must contact our support team and provide evidence of the issue.

B. Accidental Duplicate Purchase:

  • If you accidentally purchase the exact same product or subscription twice in a short period due to a system or user error. Please contact us immediately with both transaction IDs, and we will refund the duplicate charge.


4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund based on the exceptions listed above, you must contact us within 7 days of your purchase.

  2. Use the subject line: "Refund Request".
  3. In your email, please include:
  • Your full name and the email address used for the purchase.
  • The Order Number or Transaction ID.
  • A detailed explanation and any relevant evidence (e.g., screenshots) supporting your claim for a refund under our exception clauses.

Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original method of payment. Please note that it can take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
